Mark Iverson​Vetter Senior Living (VSL) is pleased to announce that Mark Iverson has been named chief operations officer. In his new role, Iverson will be part of the VSL leadership team that guides the company’s overall strategic plans and development. He will also oversee the operations team. This position was previously held by Heath Boddy, who will become president of VSL in January 2026.  

Iverson has more than 20 years of executive level leadership experience serving in the senior living industry. He has a passion for and a proven track record of creating strong operations teams that are mission driven, respectful, and gracious to one another while achieving great bottom-line results in all areas of operations. 

Judy WhitcombCovenant Living Communities and Services has named Judy Whitcomb as chief human resources officer. In her new role, Whitcomb will work closely with executive leadership at Covenant Living and with human resources leadership at each of the organization’s 20 communities across the country in guiding the employee experience and culture at Covenant Living.

Whitcomb brings more than 25 years of experience promoting workforce excellence, talent development, and strategic human resources management in the airline, hospitality, health care, and financial services industries. 

Harbor’s Edge has announced the promotion of Chief Operating Officer Colleen Baybutt to CEO. Baybutt succeeds Neil Volder, founder, developer, and previous CEO, who has retired. Baybutt joined Harbor’s Edge in 2006. Recently, she was instrumental in securing additional vendors to refine community amenities.

In her new position, Baybutt will live in one of the residences in the River Tower at Harbor’s Edge, making her one of the few life plan community CEOs in the country who call their community home.

Harbor’s Edge has also announced changes to its board of directors. Bruce Holbrook, a longtime board member, has been appointed chairman, while Keith Seeloff joins as a new board member. Holbrook has more than 30 years of expertise in financial and tax planning. Seeloff has more than 30 years of experience in senior housing advisory services.

Chris HoltPresbyterian Senior Living (PSL), Dillsburg, Pa., has appointed Christine Holt as senior vice president of sales and marketing. With more than three decades of health care leadership experience, Holt brings to this role extensive expertise in strategic innovation, brand development, and customer experience design.

Holt’s proven track record in strategic innovation and customer experience design will be instrumental as PSL focuses on delivering excellence in service quality, strengthening comprehensive customer engagement, and leveraging technology to differentiate its offerings in the market.

Holt will provide strategic leadership to PSL’s sales and marketing teams while overseeing the development of brand positioning and organizational communication strategy.

Bethanie ConstantPSL has also named Bethanie Constant as vice president of resource development. With 20 years of fundraising and leadership experience, she brings extensive expertise in philanthropy, strategic planning, and donor relationship management to this important role.

Constant will play a vital role in advancing the organization’s philanthropic initiatives. Her proven track record in building successful fundraising programs and fostering meaningful donor relationships will be instrumental as the organization focuses on creating sustainable funding strategies that support quality care and services for older adults.

Juniper Communities has promoted Rikki Goldenberg to national director of Catalyst, overseeing technology and strategic elements of Juniper’s signature Catalyst program. Goldenberg brings a wealth of experience and vision to this expanded leadership role.

In her new position, Goldenberg will focus on scaling and refining the Catalyst model to serve both residents and nonresidents of Juniper Villages. Her responsibilities include ensuring the technological infrastructure is in place to support the program’s success and enhancing its offerings.
