HealthPRO Heritage, a therapy and health innovations company, is proud to announce Ricky Cameron, MD, as the new chief medical officer. With more than 20 years of experience, Cameron will replace Jim Avery, MD, who is retiring with more than 30 distinguished years in medical practice.Cameron joined the HealthPRO Heritage team in 2021 with the acquisition of Texas-based Rehab Solutions, where he served as the medical advisor and chief strategist.

Cameron became board certified in family medicine and is a member of AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine.

Whitney Lane, RN, has been named vice president of clinical services for Anthem Memory Care. In this position, she is responsible for providing leadership and vision for clinical excellence and quality for Anthem Memory Care’s 21 communities.

Previously, Lane was the chief operating officer for Watercrest Senior Living in Vero Beach, Fla. She has also served as divisional director of health and wellness for Senior Lifestyle Corp. in Chicago, Ill.

Throughout her 18-year career in health care, Lane has gained experience within operations, sales, financials, new development, acquisitions, human resources, training, and more in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Lane is a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer with the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.

Covenant Living Communities and Services, a non-profit faith-based senior living organization headquartered in Skokie, Ill., has named Jay Prince senior vice president, community operations. He will focus on operations such as dining services, facilities management, resident life, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory support.   

Prince brings 20 years of experience in senior living and health care. He most recently served for 10 years as president and chief executive officer at a senior living community in Kalamazoo, Mich. In addition, he has worked with for-
profit and non-profit organizations, single and multi-site senior living communities, home health, and hospice businesses.

EF Senior Care, Orleans, Mass., a provider of senior living services, has appointed Luanne Westman, BSN, MPA/HA, as the new director of nursing at The Terraces Orleans. In this role, Westman will oversee all aspects of nursing care, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care delivery to our residents.

With over four decades of experience in the health care industry, Westman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The Terraces. She has worked in upper management for six Cape Cod long term care facilities and is experienced with regulatory requirements and organizational development. Her specialties include infection prevention, dementia training, clinical competencies, and IV certification.

In this position, Westman will work closely with the inter­disciplinary team to promote resident well-being and ensure the highest standards of care are upheld. She will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing nursing policies, protocols, and training programs to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

EF Senior Care has also named Karen Blake, LNHA, as administrator. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of the center’s operations, including resident care, staff management, and financial performance. She is committed to ensuring that every resident at The Terraces receives the highest quality of care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Blake is known for her compassionate approach to health care, unwavering dedication to residents and staff, and ability to lead and inspire others.

Tuckerman Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, North Bethesda, Md., has announced the addition of board-certified vascular and wound care specialist Timothy Onyiuke, MD, to its clinical team. The center provides post-hospital care, short-term rehab, and long-term residential care.
