In a survey of those who have successfully completed the TNA courses, with 7,477 participants responding:

  • 54.5% got a job as a TNA.
  • 48.0% took the course because they wanted to start a new career in long term care.
  • 79.0% said they were interested in becoming a CNA.
  • 20.2% took the course because their current employer asked them to take it.
  • 34.6% are still looking for a job.
