Bryan McKeever Northbridge Advisory Services and its operating entity HallBridge Partners, owner and operator of independent, assisted, and memory care communities in the northeast, have named Bryan McKeever sales and marketing specialist. In his new role, McKeever will drive sales performance and multi-channel marketing initiatives for HallBridge’s 10 communities.

McKeever comes to Northbridge with nearly 25 years of experience in senior living, most recently with The Roche Associates in Wilbraham, Mass. There he led successful lease-up and turnaround projects in the northeast and across the country. He is known for his ability to develop and execute data-driven results in multi-channel marketing campaigns while coaching and training sales teams with enthusiasm and clarity.

Sheila CarwileAnthem Memory Care has named Sheila Carwile vice president of operations for Region 2. In this position, she will be responsible for the overall management and performance of nine memory care communities in Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Washington, and Utah.

Carwile previously served as regional operations consultant with 12 Oaks Senior Living in Dallas, where she revised and implemented the memory care programing throughout Texas and Oklahoma. She also served as regional director of operations with Civitas Senior Living in Fort Worth.

Carwile brings more than 10 years of senior living experience to her new position.

The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), Washington, D.C., has recognized the 2020 inaugural Hall of Fame inductees. Rev. Daniel Farley, Retired Emeritus Certified, Fellow Emeritus; Mark Finkelstein, CNHA, Fellow Emeritus; Larry Slatky, CNHA, FACHCA; and James Farley, Retired Emeritus Certified, Fellow Emeritus, were inducted into the ACHCA Hall of Fame.

The ACHCA Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the organization for an extended period or who have provided a unique and lasting contribution to the College.

Additionally, founding members of ACHCA, Theodore Hawkins, Alton Barlow, Rev. Carl Becker, and Kenneth Nelson, Jr., were posthumously recognized for their leadership and vision within a professional community that supports the Administrator.

Carroll Lutheran Village, Westminster, Md., has recently welcomed Scott Edens as its new executive director. Edens provides leadership oversight of day-to-day operations, including following federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards governing long term care facilities and ensuring residents living in the life-plan community receive excellent care and outstanding customer service.

Scott EdensWith more than 30 years of diverse senior living experience, Edens has planned and coordinated renovation projects for two health care campuses, led three regions of 28 skilled nursing facilities, planned and directed an improvement process to increase admissions at four health care centers, trained supervisory personnel at 24 nursing centers, started and developed a sub-acute rehabilitation unit at a health care facility, and managed a 238-unit continuing care retirement community.

Retirement Unlimited (RUI), a Virginia family-owned and operated senior living community management company, has named Jules Johanson as vice president of resident engagement. Johanson will assist in leading the Life Enrichment teams in both Virginia and Florida towards the continued implementation of the RUI strategic initiative and vision of delivering a lifestyle our residents have earned and deserve.
