2025–2026 Nursing Home Report Reveals Lower Turnover

Just released, this national report features data from 917 nursing homes representing over 111,600 employees.
This
year’s results show the most significant turnover drop among Top-Level
Executives, falling from 31.97% in 2024 to 22.12% in 2025. CNAs, while
still reporting the highest turnover, saw a decrease from 44.16% to
42.34%. Turnover also declined for RNs, LPNs, dining, environmental
services, and administrative staff.
Other key findings include:
- Sign-on bonus usage dropped from 65.44% to 55.61%
- Salary trend rates decreased across RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- The
report includes data on 102 positions, 19 fringe benefits, salary
projections, shift differentials, and more - segmented by state, region,
bed size, and profit type
