​This year’s NCAL Day will take place at the start of the Delivering Solutions 2023 AHCA/NCAL Convention and Expo on Sunday, October 1—and you don’t want to miss it!

This year’s opening keynote speaker is DeAnna Murphy, chief knowledge officer at Thrivin. New to NCAL Day this year is a luncheon keynote. Self-doubt, second-guessing, and lack of self-motivation can make high-performing teams seem like a pipe dream. This year’s speaker is world champion triathlete, high-performance coach, and author Siri Lindley. She will address these issues and provide a solid foundation to achieve high performance, win big, and live fearlessly by conquering self-doubt, developing a champion mindset, and achieving the winning formula for life and career success while realizing our greatest potential.
