Milestone Retirement Communities, Vancouver, Wash., a senior living management company, has promoted two key members of the company’s executive team, Caryl Ridgeway and Rosalyn Watson.

Ridgeway has been promoted to chief operating officer and owner. In this role, she will work with the leadership team to strategize a path for business growth through the development of high-performance teams, occupancy growth, and revenue streams.
