Consonus Healthcare, Portland, Ore., a provider of long term care pharmacy services, has promoted Jessica Androff, PharmD, BCGP, to president of Consonus Pharmacy. Androff most recently served as the senior vice president of operations for the West region at Consonus. Her role will oversee a network of 10 pharmacy locations across eight states.
Androff has more than 18 years of experience in the long term care pharmacy industry. She has held leadership roles with regional and national pharmacies throughout her career, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to driving excellence in pharmacy services. She serves on the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists board and as vital staff for the Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition.

Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities/Kentucky Center for Assisted Living is pleased to announce that Adam Mather, inspector general of the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, will serve as the association’s president.
During the past four years, Mather held the position of inspector general, appointed by Governor Andy Beshear. He was a member of the Kentucky COVID-19 response team and coordinated health care efforts, which included the implementation of a 3,000-person field hospital. He has also held the position of regional vice president of operations for Signature Healthcare and executive director for Kindred Healthcare.
Westgate Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Baltimore, Md., has named Kamal Sewaralthahab, MD, as medical director.
Previously, Sewaralthahab served as the director of chronic kidney disease management programs at two regional skilled nursing facilities, Orchard Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Towson and Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Catonsville.
Sewaralthahab’s appointment coincides with the transition of Dr. Ibrahim Rizqui, Westgate Hills’ previous medical director, to a consulting role at Marquis Health Consulting Services. Rizqui will now oversee the medical directorship at Westgate Hills, Orchard Hill, and Meadow Park, as well as two additional Maryland skilled nursing centers: Collingswood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rockville and Tuckerman Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in North Bethesda.

Silver Birch Living, an affordable assisted living community with nine locations across Indiana, announced Cathy Vasil as the executive director at Silver Birch at Cook Road.
With two decades of health care expertise, Vasil joins the company with an extensive background in senior living. Her previous experience includes working directly with residents across 15 senior communities as a wellness coordinator. Her well-rounded approach, rooted in effective communication, reflects her passion for serving residents under her care.

The Terraces at Lawrence has named Samantha Meisner new executive director. Trained as a social worker, Meisner has devoted her career to working in assisted living, independent living, and skilled nursing settings. Previously, she spent seven years at Oxford Enhanced Senior Living in Langhorne, Pa.
